This is a Mills Panoram. This fantastic machine was first produced in 1939 by the Mills Novelty Company of Chicago, Illinois. The fabulous wood cabinetry houses a 16mm projector that plays special continuous loop films (Soundies) that typically show jazz and other musicians of the day. Unfortunately, with the beginning of World War II, production of the Soundies was drastically reduced and the Mills Panoram's 1940 success quickly faded. The Panoram shown on these pages is an original, has been beautifully restored by Bill Clifford and is fully functional. This wonderful machine is for sale. Inquire with Bill at
